Situated between Biarritz and Pau, Cossou is a spacious farmhouse typical of the region. The house which has a date stone above the old front door of 1789  has been lovingly renovated over the last few years, keeping the charm of the old house but now with the comforts of modern living. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining and living area and a separate sitting room with an open fireplace. Laundry room with washing machine.

Outside eating area, outside shower, loo, and basin. Swimming pool with deck and outside furniture and table tennis.

The house has a garden area and 9 acres of land to enjoy.

Cossou can be used by two families holidaying together and sharing the large kitchen as the bedrooms are split between the old house and the converted attached barn both with separate staircases.

 

The swimming pool (which can be heated if arranged with us) is secured with a safety cover and is accessed by steps up to the decking area.

 

Within walking distance of the River Saison, which has its own large stoney beach!
